I give it 4 and a half out of 5 stars.
Wow... That's all I can really say. The actreses that played in this film should all have some Oscar buzz because they all did an amazing job. The language was horrific. The story line was very hard because it was just so sad. But it's really the talent that made this film to me. I thought that Monique did an amazing job portraying a horrible mother with a mental disability. Even Mariah Carey...amazing as a social worker that just can't believe what this girl is telling her about her home life. I expected it to have a very different ending. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 out of 5. But...still the best movie I've seen since Slumdog. I HIGHLY recommend you going out to see this.
